WE025 - Tea Wilderness: Gushu, Shengtai & Huncai

| Time for tea! This time, we will look at tea plant typology and mixology of tea. Special attention will be paid to tea botany (fauna and flora, cultivars and tea material types), tea blending (history, tea grading and tea recipes), tea management (tea gardens, tea forests and tea plantations), tea regions (Menghai, Mengla and Jinghong) and other aspects regarding the tea cultivation and tea production.

| What are the differences between tea materials? Why "organic tea trees" (Shengtai 生态) are often interprested as "ancient tea trees" (Gushu 古树)? Are all tea trees wild? How does the local environment look like? Do local people use any instruments for the tea harvest? Does the size and age of the tree always matters? How common are the "tea blends" (Huncai 混采)? What are the "tea recipes" (Beifangcha 配方茶) and where you can find them? What are the differences between tea mountains, tea villages, producers and tea harvests? Why people are so fascinated by gushu trees? And why gushu teas are not for everyone?

| During the event, we will drink four sheng puer teas from Xishuangbanna and will share an exclusive content from our recent work trip in Xishuangbanna with some unique photos and videos. 

🙏| The entrance fee for the event is 1500,- CZK. The maximum number of participants is 6 tea lovers. The event will take place with a minimum of 3 tea lovers (500,- CZK per each participant) or upon negotiation. Please book your seat in advance and make sure to eat beforehand so you can fully enjoy the authentic tea experience. The event can be repeated some other time upon the negotiation to better fit your needs and expectations.
