| After a month-long work trip in Xishuangbanna in Spring 2025, we want to share another piece of Xishuangbanna tea culture!
| This time, we would like to talk about competition teas and two gold-award tea masters behind them (Sang Ge and Liuchengdong). Thanks to their years of experience, they are not only producing tea, but also tutoring and mentoring new generation of tea masters. During our work trip to Xishuangbanna at the beginning of 2025, we spent quite a lot of time discussing contemporary development of Xishuangbanna tea industry and tasting their teas.
| What is behind competition teas? How they taste? How does the tea masters with highest tea education looks like? During the presentation, we will taste three teas to better understand the value and meaning behind competition teas.
